How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Orders placed before 3 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day from our Oldham warehouse. Tracked Royal Mail 24 is included free on UK orders over £75; DPD next-day is available at checkout.
Is your stock genuine?
Yes — every product is sourced direct from the manufacturer or their authorised UK distributor. Manufacturer warranty applies to every order. We do not handle grey-market or refurbished stock.
What is your returns policy?
30 days from delivery for an unused, as-new product in original packaging. Return shipping is free within the UK for any item that arrives damaged or not as described.
Tell me about the lifetime sharpening service.
Any knife you buy from us can be sent back for free professional sharpening, for as long as you own it. You pay return postage; we sharpen and return free of charge.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Restrictions apply for certain knife and EDC products in some territories; we handle the compliance checks at our end before dispatch.
How do wholesale accounts work?
Submit a wholesale application on the wholesale page. Once approved (within three working days), you receive a dedicated buyer contact, tiered trade pricing held for 90 days, and free carriage on qualifying orders. Sample orders are available pre-approval.
Are blades age-restricted?
Yes. Knives and certain tools require the recipient to be 18 or over at delivery. We use age-verified couriers in the UK; you may be asked for ID on the doorstep.
