Orders placed before 3 pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day.
Age-verified delivery on bladed products
Knives and bladed multi-tools are dispatched on age-verified courier services. The courier may ask for photographic ID at the door. If no one aged 18+ with ID is present, the parcel will not be left.
International delivery
We ship worldwide on request. Bladed products are restricted in some territories — we perform compliance checks before dispatch. Delivery is by tracked DHL Express or Royal Mail International Tracked. Quoted at checkout based on weight and destination. Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes levied at the destination country.
Returns — 30-day window
You may return any product, unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email wataenterprisesltd@gmail.com with your order reference. We will provide return instructions.
- Customer-initiated returns — you cover return postage. Refund issued within 14 days of receipt.
- Faulty / not as described / damaged in transit — we cover return postage and refund or replace.
- Engraved or personalised products — non-returnable except for defect.

Every product is genuine and supplied with full manufacturer warranty:
- Buck — Forever Warranty (lifetime).
- Leatherman — 25-year limited.
- Victorinox — lifetime against material and manufacturing defects.
- Fenix — 5 years on torches, 1 year on batteries.
- Gerber — limited lifetime.
- Kizer — limited lifetime.
- Skerper — 2 years.
We help you submit warranty claims directly to the manufacturer for fastest resolution.
Lifetime sharpening service
Any knife purchased from us can be returned at any time for free professional sharpening on a Skerper waterstone bench, by hand, by our team. Just post it to our Oldham warehouse with a note. We sharpen, clean, lightly oil and return at our cost.
