- Wholesale applications: 24 months from submission, unless an account is approved (then for the duration of the trading relationship plus 6 years).
- Contact form messages: 24 months.
- Server logs: 30 days.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data deleted (where there is no overriding legal obligation).
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
